Self-defence, balance, control, posture and fitness are at the centre of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
The focus is never on fighting force on force, and we instead train students to focus on the value of adapting to the situation. Over time the support of our community will help translate Wing Chun from a sport, to a better lifestyle filled with confidence.

DURATION: 45 Minutes
Wing Chun Kung Fu is an incredible way to get fit while also learning an artform. Learn forms, the wooden dummy and theory as well as how to apply these to stay safe in real life. Beginning at a white sash level, we can also help you find the right sash if you’ve trained in this style before.
Mon-Weds: 7:30-8:15pm
