MARTIAL ART DISCIPLINES

WING CHUN KUNG FU

WING CHUN KUNG FU

DURATION: 1 hour

EXERCISE TYPE: Wing Chun Kung Fu

RESULTS: Excellent form of fitness. Tones and shapes key muscle groups. Develops warrior type reflexes while improving strength and stability. Focused on a structured curriculum for International Black Belt standards.

Wing Chun Kung Fu is beneficial for self-defence, a focused mind, body control, balance, postural alignment, and overall health.

Learn the art of efficient hand technique and footwork in a steady paced environment. Wing Chun was made popular worldwide by the late masters Yip Man, Bruce Lee, and current Traditional Grandmaster William Cheung.

EXERCISE TYPE: Traditional Kung Fu

RESULTS: Develops warrior type reflexes while improving strength and stability. Builds confidence, discipline, respect, and is an excellent form of self-defence. Focuses on a structured curriculum for International Junior Black Belt standards.

It’s important for children to be involved in physical activities. Studies have shown that a child’s health and social skills are greatly improved by physical interaction.

Choosing a sport shouldn’t be hard, martial arts provide a lot of benefits for children’s development. It teaches children that effort pays off through discipline and hard work, and builds confidence through self-defence without violence and arrogance.

Lifestyle Martial Arts Australia dedicates a great deal of its time in teaching children positive aspects of martial arts, including respect, hard work, discipline, and confidence. The Little Dragons program is designed for children 4–6 years of age, focusing on interaction, strength building, and the foundation skills of the martial arts.

The Kung Fu for Kids program is for children 7–12 years of age, promoting strength, fitness training, Kung Fu forms techniques, weaponry, and grades children up to a Junior Black Belt level.

SANDA Kickboxing

RESULTS: Excellent form of fitness and conditioning. Develops hand striking skills, blocking techniques, kicking, take downs, and throws. Perfect for any inner champion or martial arts enthusiasts.

Sanda is the official fighting sport of China which is rapidly growing in popularity around the world. It helps students develop physical fitness, endurance, combativeness, flexibility, fluidity, power, agility, and promotes control of the body, and emotions.

Competitions for Sanda are held in over 75 countries worldwide. Many people have called it “the stand up fighting” of MMA for its take-downs, sweeps, kick catches, and throws techniques, making it a fast and exciting sport.

With professional trainers and coaches, Lifestyle Martial Arts Australia has helped its students won multiple medals at state, national, and international Sanda competition levels.

 Learning to box takes time and effort. Our coaches will provide you the tips and tricks on everything you need to know – from mindset to techniques, and everything in between. With the help of our coaches, NDIS students are introduced to self-defence skills with the aim to make them feel a strong part of society while building a holistic mind, body, and soul.
