WELCOME TO LIFESTYLE MARTIAL ARTS AUSTRALIA

ABOUT US

We began in 1992 as Lifestyle Kung Fu in Frankston, and now we’re Lifestyle Martial Arts, Dandenong.

Our aim has always been to make a positive difference in our community by teaching Martial Arts. From this core aim, we’ve developed to offer more for our students, with everything from boxing, kickboxing, personal training and martial arts under one roof.

We’ve created a welcoming environment and community that comes together out of a shared love for keeping fit, working hard and martial arts. Our students are proud to be part of this community, and we encourage everyone here to grow as people as they improve their mental and physical health.

Children, adults, seniors, people with special needs and disabilities are all welcome at LMA Australia.

LMA – A TEAM OF FIGHTERS

We have built a community at LMA. This community is one that will help you make new friends for adult students, parents and children alike.

The environment at LMA is one of teamwork and sportsmanship. As martial arts, kickboxing and boxing are all self-defence-based forms, they require teamwork, so you need to have trust in your instructor and fellow students. This trust is something we foster, we encourage asking your peers for help, looking to your instructors for guidance and offer tournament events and club dinners to help cement these relationships.
